«Nevsky Capsule Hotel» Rules

When providing hotel services, the hotel and the guest shall be governed by the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation (approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated November 27, 2025, “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services and Other Accommodation Services in the Russian Federation”), Federal Law No. 132-FZ dated November 24, 1996 “On the Fundamentals of Tourist Activity in the Russian Federation,” Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 dated February 7, 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and the Contractor’s internal local regulations.

1. Our hotel is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Reception, accommodation and stay of citizens in the hotel is carried out in accordance with the “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services and Other Accommodation Services in the Russian Federation” approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 27, 2025 No.1912.
3. Registration and accommodation shall be made only upon presentation of an identity document and payment of accommodation.
4. According to “Rules for Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation at the Place of Stay and at the Place of Residence within the Russian Federation, and the List of Persons Responsible for Receiving and Submitting to Registration Authorities Documents for Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation at the Place of Stay and at the Place of Residence within the Russian Federation,” approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 713 dated July 17, 1995, as well as pursuant to Clauses 18 and 19 of Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated November 27, 2025, “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services and Other Accommodation Services in the Russian Federation,” the identity documents of citizens of the Russian Federation required for registration and accommodation at the hotel are as follows:

- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, identifying a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;

- passport of a citizen of the USSR, identifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, before replacing it in a timely manner with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;

- birth certificate - for persons under the age of 14;

- passport identifying a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (international passport);

- identity card of a serviceman of the Russian Federation; military card of a soldier, sailor, sergeant, foreman, ensign and midshipman;

- temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation (form No. 2P);

- an identity document of a serviceman of the Russian Federation — during the period of mobilization, during martial law, and in wartime;

- in the absence of the identity documents of a citizen of the Russian Federation specified in Clause 18 of Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated November 27, 2025, “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services and Other Accommodation Services in the Russian Federation,” check-in shall be permitted upon presentation of a Russian national driver’s license (this provision shall enter into force on April 1, 2026).

- where the Contractor uses the Unified Biometric System, a multifunctional information exchange service, or the mobile application of the federal state information system “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions),” check-in of a consumer who is a citizen of the Russian Federation may also be carried out subject to identification and/or authentication using the Unified Biometric System in the cases предусмотренных Clause 24 of Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated November 27, 2025, or subject to such consumer providing the information contained in his/her identity document through the multifunctional information exchange service, or through the mobile application of the federal state information system “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)” (this provision shall enter into force on April 1, 2026).

According to Federal Law "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation" dated July 18, 2006 No.109-FZ and Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 9 dated January 15, 2007 (as amended on January 26, 2026), “On the Procedure for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation”, a foreign citizen for registration at his place of residence shall present:

• an identity document: a national passport or an international passport of the foreign citizen with a valid visa (if required under the rules of entry into the Russian Federation), or a certificate granting temporary asylum in the Russian Federation;
• a migration card completed upon entry into the Russian Federation, and registration from the previous place of stay if more than 7 days have passed since the date of crossing the border (including the day of border crossing, excluding weekends and public holidays);
• a temporary residence permit / permanent residence permit / work patent and payment receipts covering the period from the date of issuance of the patent until the date of hotel check-in (if available and if required to comply with the permitted period of stay in the Russian Federation).

A stateless person shall present the following documents for registration at the place of stay:

• a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
• a temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
• a permanent residence permit for a stateless person.

5. Persons under the age of 14 years shall be accommodated only with parents or accompanied by adults with a power of attorney from one of the parents.

Where the Contractor uses the Unified Biometric System or a multifunctional information exchange service, check-in to an accommodation facility shall be carried out subject to one of the following conditions:

a) identification and/or authentication of such minor citizen and the parents (legal representatives) staying together with him/her, or the accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) give their consent, shall be carried out using the Unified Biometric System;

b) identification and/or authentication of such minor citizen shall be carried out using the Unified Biometric System and on the basis of the identity documents of the parents (legal representatives) staying together with him/her, or the accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) give their consent;

c) submission, via the multifunctional information exchange service or through the mobile application of the federal state information system “Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions),” of the information contained in the identity documents of the parents (legal representatives) or the accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) give their consent, and on the basis of the birth certificate of such minor citizen (Subparagraph “c” shall enter into force on April 1, 2026);

d) submission of the information contained in the birth certificate of such minor citizen via the multifunctional information exchange service, and on the basis of the identity documents of the parents (legal representatives) staying together with him/her, or the accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) give their consent.

Persons with the age from 14 to 18 years shall be accommodated with a power of attorney from one of the parents.

6. The capsule is for single accommodation only.
7. It is possible to accommodate childes aged 6 years and over at a separate capsule from the legal representative.
8. The hotel administration reserves the right to refuse to accommodate guests under alcohol or drugs influence.
9. Standard check-in time in the hotel is 2 p.m. (Moscow time).

Standard check-out time is 12 in the morning (Moscow time), regardless of check-in-time.

10. Non-guaranteed early check-in and late check-out are paid extra if possible at the check-in-time / check-out-time.
11. To assign the status “guaranteed” to early check-in / late check-out, additional payment is required in accordance with the price list.
12. Payment for accommodation is made at the check-in-time. For stays of less than 24 hours a fee is charged per day, regardless of the check-in-time and check-out-time. There is no hourly payment.
13. The hotel administration provides the guest with the hotel accommodation only for a paid period of time. After the end of the paid period, at the request of the guest, accommodation can be extended if there are rooms available.
14. The hotel does not provide benefits for accommodation.
15. The key to the capsule and luggage cell must be returned upon departure from the hotel. If the key to the room is lost, the guest shall compensate for its cost according to the approved price list.
16. Please leave valuable items, documents in an individual luggage cell. The hotel is not responsible for unattended items.
17. Pursuant to the Federal Law "On the Protection of Citizens' Health from the Effects of Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Use" dated February 23, 2013 No. 15-FZ, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Failure to comply with the rule entails the need to pay additional cleaning in the amount of 5,000 rubles 00 kopecks for each case of violation.
18. Drinking alcohol in our capsule hotel is strictly prohibited.
19. The hotel is not responsible for health of the guest or visitor of the hotel in case of consumption of drinks and products purchased outside the hotel.
20. We ask you to respect other guests staying in neighbouring capsules. Please avoid excessive noise, use your phone on silent mode.
21. When leaving the capsule, please do not forget to turn off the lighting lamps and other electrical appliances, do not leave the water taps open.
22. A cleaning service including changing towels is provided daily.

Сommon areas are cleaned from 12:00 to 15:00 with using a vacuum cleaner. We apologize and ask for your understanding of the noise.

Linen is changed every three days. Service is included in the price. It is forbidden to use bed linen and towels for other purposes.

23. Additional changes of linen and towels, as well as room cleaning, are carried out for a fee according to the current price list.
24. Please take care of the property of the hotel. Damage or loss of property and equipment is compensated by the guest according to the current price list.
25. The hotel administration reserves the right to evict a guest for violation of public order at the hotel without refund of payment for the current day.
